How to File a Complaint

Any user may submit a grievance related to:

  • Incorrect news reporting
  • Violation of privacy
  • Copyright issues
  • Content concerns
  • Fact-check requests

  3. URL(s) of the content in question
  4. Detailed description of the grievance
  5. Supporting evidence, if any

Response Timeline

  • Acknowledgement within 24–48 hours
  • Resolution within 15–30 days depending on complexity

Appeal Mechanism

If unsatisfied with the resolution, the complaint may be escalated to the Self-Regulatory Body (SRB) as per IT Rules.
